Friday, September 27th
- AMA our Terry Fox Run today; pledges will still be collected all of next week
- AMA the work that we are doing to help our buddies in grade 1
- Orange Shirt Day (in the spirit of reconciliation and in remembrance of survivors of Residential Schools) is on Monday; please wear orange if you can

Thursday, September 26th
- Please wear appropriate outdoor gear for tomorrow's Terry Fox Run; there is some wet, chilly weather predicted
- Muffin Breakfast will begin at 8:30 for those who signed up online
- AMA our French rock comic
- please remember to bring any spare change you have (and other pledges) for Cancer Research; see Mr. Janzic's blog for more information

Wednesday, September 25th
- AMA some of the things that make Alberta unique
- don't forget to send in your toonie for Terry this week

Tuesday, September 24th
- AMA something new I learned about Terry Fox today
- Please remember to send a toonie for Terry (or donate online) to support Cancer Research
- September Book Orders will be accepted until tomorrow (both in class and online) 

Monday, September 23rd
- please look for an orange sheet coming home today with this week's spelling focus and words; every Monday this will come home. Use this list to ask questions and help find patterns in the spelling each week.
- Yellow forms coming home today re: walking trips in Hawkwood. Please send any questions you have via email
- AMA our challenge of how to move a stack of books across the classroom using the least amount of force possible (the challenge was to move a stack of books using only one finger).
